Camp Čikat is located on the island of Lošinj near Mali Lošinj, the largest island town. It takes a light 15-minute walk to get to the town from the campsite. The island of Lošinj and its towns and villages are ideal for escaping from a tiresome daily routine and relaxing with your children in the campsite whilst enjoying the benefits of Lošinj’s climate. Camp Čikat contains the Pepé family fun park, a children’s playing zone fully equipped and safe even for the youngest ones, as demonstrated by the European 1176 Certificate under the 1177 Floor Safety Standard and the PVC material certificate complying with the latest health regulations. Camp Čikat is the first camp in Croatia, and one of the few in Europe to offer facilities such as this to help you enjoy your camping holiday with all of your family. Your children will surely find lots of amusement while supervised by professional staff and educators. Children between the ages of 1 and 4 can have fun in the Baby Area offering facilities for socialization and development of psychomotor skills. Older children between the ages of 4 and 12 can enjoy the Fun Box with its many amusing devices for the development of creativity, skills and stamina, and the multi-purpose sports arena where children can have fun playing soccer, hockey, basketball and other ball sports. In addition to the indoor part of the fun park, there is also an outdoor part stretching over 300 m2 where children will have fun driving pedal go-carts. Beside the amusement options, Camp Čikat offers food tailored to children's needs as well as educational workshops with lectures on the unique Lošinj dolphins, the magnificent griffon vultures and the biodiversity of the Cres and Lošinj islands, including an environmental workshop to teach your children to respect the wonderful nature surrounding them. Right next to the family fun park is a restaurant where you can enjoy a romantic dinner and have your children looked after at the family fun park. In addition to the facilities in the Pepé family fun park, there are many other ways to have fun in Camp Čikat, both for children and adults. The camp has an entertainment team providing daily options including a carnival ball, mini discotheque, volleyball tournament and organized bike trips. Near the camp in the neighboring bay 300 m away is the Čikat Sports Center offering further possibilities such as sailing, windsurfing, boat rental, scuba diving lessons and many other things.
