The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden characterized by typical island plants such as lavender, rosemary, agave, laurel, and the Mediterranean atmosphere is harmoniously complemented by palm trees, pines and olives. The terrace offers a view of the sea and the port of Mali Lošinj, which perfectly complements the idyllic image of revitalization in the new environment. In the house there are two spacious apartments, each with its own terrace overlooking the sea. They are completely renovated and equipped with all the facilities necessary for the normal functioning of the individual, modern and demanding present for your most comfortable stay. Two apartments have a capacity of 2 and make a choice, either to be a business nomad due to unlimited use of the Internet, TV channels, separate rooms, or to be left to the harmony of nature that reigns on terraces and the environment. In addition to a spacious garden of approximately 300 m2, there is a fenced and locked garden with space for safe accommodation of bicycles and sports equipment at sea. The terraces are equipped with deck chairs, awning or parasol, table and chairs for dining, where with pleasant company you can fully relax and enjoy the Mediterranean gastronomic delicacies.
